20–21 May 2017

DreamBIG Children’s Festival has come to a close for this year, after delighting over 100,000 children and adults from across South Australia for ten special days.

This year, DreamBIG Children’s Festival cornerstone event, Big Family Weekend, spanned the city with events activating North Terrace and beyond with free family fun for children of all ages. Theatres, galleries, museums, universities, libraries, gardens, Government House, and more were filled to the brim with more than 33,000 children and families immersed in arts and dreaming big.

We are thrilled with the overwhelmingly positive response from South Australian families and schools again this year and remain committed to engaging with and inspiring South Australian’s young people throughout their lives.
