Using stories, songs, dance and puppetry, Like Me, Like You introduces young children to the idea of diversity in our communities, including themes of inclusion, understanding and acceptance.
This interactive performance for young children explores all of the different people, cultures and stories that make up Australia today – from the First Nations people who have been here for thousands of years, to the new migrants who’ve just arrived!
The audience will meet three characters who will take them through a series of short scenes with songs, dance, puppets and stories about what makes you, like me, like you.
Like Me, Like You is from ground breaking South Australian theatre company ActNow.
