Tickets can be purchased in three ways:

1. Online

Buy tickets to individual shows by clicking the blue 'Buy Tickets' button on any event page.

2. By Phone

3. Over the Counter

Purchase tickets from the Adelaide Festival Centre Box Office and all BASS outlets. BASS at the Adelaide Festival Centre is open Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm. Find an outlet near you.

Phone and online bookings can be collected from BASS outlets or from the venue on the night (from one hour prior to the performance). Please present the credit card and/or the printed confirmation page used to make the booking when collecting tickets.

Ticketing Fees 

Transaction Fee

From 1 July 2014, non-refundable transaction fees will apply to all transactions. As an organization with close ties to the local community, the Adelaide Festival Centre Trust (trading as BASS South Australia) relies heavily on the support of the community who attend events at our venues and any other venues we provide ticketing services for. We receive support from the South Australian government, but in order to deliver the diverse arts programs we are committed to each year, we must raise a significant amount of our operating costs through our own commercial activity.  The revenues generated by the application of a transaction fee are a direct support for the activities of the Adelaide Festival Centre and for the facilities we operate.

A one off transaction fee of $8.95 applies per transaction.

Exchange/Re-print Fees

Exchanging/re-printing tickets at the request of the customer will incur a transaction fee.
