CONDITIONS OF TICKET PURCHASE
Lost or Stolen Tickets
In most instances reserved seat tickets may be replaced, however general admission tickets cannot be replaced. Please call BASS on 131 246 for assistance.
Pensioners, seniors, unemployed patrons and full time students are entitled to concession prices. Proof of entitlement may be requested at time of purchase or at the venue. Please make sure you carry your concession cards.
Children must be supervised at all times during all performances and events at Adelaide Festival Centre and other DreamBIG venues. This helps promote a safe and secure environment for our children.
Adelaide Festival Centre is committed to ensuring our programs are accessible. We have a number of facilities to help: wheelchair loan service, assistive hearing system, accessible toilets, accessible seat allocations, access-friendly drop off/ pick up points and lift access. Adelaide Festival Centre has a parenting room located off the Festival Theatre foyer with a breastfeeding chair and separate toilets including a child’s size toilet and changing table. See concierge staff if you are unsure of the location.
